Germany, Yukos, and Baikal

Robert Amsterdam, a lawyer for the Yukos energy firm, has accused Deutsche Bank of co-financing the illegal break-up of Yukos and German Chancellor Gerhard Schröder of turning a blind eye to the proceedings.
